Agents participating in skill groups are encouraged to use our latest application, Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC).
A few things to note:
- There may be some additional features and UI changes not displayed in the training video below
- Contact Center Agent Client is not available for agents without a Contact Center license.
- The URL to access CCAC needs to be provided to the agents.
- Not supported in Internet Explorer
