When trying to download the Chronicall/ACR Desktop or Dashboard applications from the server, we receive a Whitelabel Error Page message.
You can also run into issues even if it downloads but won't bootstrap correctly from the server due to restrictions.

This application has no explicit mapping for/error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.
There was an unexpected error (type=Internal Server Error, status=500).
Cannot call sendRedirect() after the response has been committed.
Answer
This error usually means a firewall or antivirus is blocking the connection to XIMA's servers. Please follow these next steps to resolve the issue.
Steps:
- You will need to visit our downloads page and download the Apps Setup matching the version of Chronicall/ACR running on your server
- Copy the .chronicall folder from a User with a working instance of the software
- The .chronicall folder is located under the User you're logged into within Windows
- The .chronicall folder is located under the User you're logged into within Windows
- Replace the .chronicall folder for the new install of Chronicall Desktop with the .chronicall folder you copied from the working instance
- You can use the .chronicall folder from the server, but you'll need to update the document base
- Edit the documentbase file
- Change the IP Address to the actual IP of the server and save the changes
