Technical Support
Talk to a support agent with either our 8x5 (8 hours a day 5 days a week) or 24x7 (24 hours a day 7 days a week) plans. Technical support provides you with installation troubleshooting, diagnosis of software-related issues, and access to submitting tickets online.
Software Training
Get access to video training sessions and see how our experts run Chronicall. You can view online training videos and learn the ins and outs of our software.
Software Upgrades
Xima Care allows you to always have access to the most current versions of Chronicall. You will be able to download and install the latest Chronicall release and feature set.
Self-Help Resources
Regardless of Xima Care status, all Chronicall users have access to our resource centers:

- ximacare.ximasoftware.com with technical troubleshooting articles to help diagnose and resolve issues.
