Talk to a support agent with either our 8x5 (8 hours a day 5 days a week) or 24x7 (24 hours a day 7 days a week) plans. Technical support provides you with installation troubleshooting, diagnosis of software related issues, and access to submitting tickets online.
Get access to live training sessions and see how our experts run Chronicall. You can sign up for online webinars and learn the ins-and-outs of our software. During the webinars, you will be able to see firsthand how Chronicall can be utilized, ask questions, and receive direct feedback from our software specialists.
Xima Care allows you to always have access to the most current versions of Chronicall. You will be able to download and install the latest Chronicall release and feature set.
Regardless of Xima Care status, all Chronicall users have access to our resource centers:
- guide.ximasoftware.com which contains all of our product guides and how-to instructions
- ximacare.ximasoftware.com with technical troubleshooting articles to help diagnose and resolve issues.
