When trying to schedule a backup, getting an error saying
Error processing backup/restore request. Failed to apply AES 256 encryption
This issue is caused by corruption with the
backup_config.obj file, located in
Remove the corrupted file and restart services.
- Navigate on the Chronicall server to the webapps\ROOT directory
- Delete or rename the file to backup_config.obj.old
- Restart services
- NOTE: Restarting the services may not create the new config file, the creation of the new scheduled backup should create the file.
