How to use Internet Explorer Mode with Microsoft Edge Browser

Microsoft will be phasing out Internet Explorer completely, so here is a guide on how to use Internet Explorer via the Microsoft Edge browser.

1. Open Edge and click on the three dots in the top right corner
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Select "Default browsers" and set “Allow Sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” to Allow
   
   
   
   
4. Open the Chronicall website in Edge and right-click the Tab at the top of the page
   • Example:

     • http://{ChronicallIPAddress}:9080

       
       
       
       
5. Select “Reload tab in Internet Explorer mode”
   
   
   
   
   • NOTE: If you want this page to continue to open in Internet Explorer Mode automatically, select the “Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time” and select Done
