After the initial configuration, you can still retroactively add agents to Chronicall that need to be recorded. Below are the steps to doing so:
- Refresh users and groups to pull new users into Chronicall
- License the desired users so they may be monitored in Chronicall
- NOTE: You only need to ensure the agent has a Standard User License
- After you have licensed your new users, navigate to Admin (System) -> System Settings -> Cisco UCM (site 1) -> Recording Configuration
- A new popup will engage. From there, select your newly licensed user
- Note: Users can be configured to record only one of their multi-extension handsets. If you wish to record specific Directory Numbers, simply mark those to be recorded
