When we need to find the recording associated with a call, we can look in the BlueDB database for the oldId and then use that to locate the recording in the recording library storage pool.

- Example
- NOTE: Please be very careful what you do on the Diagnostics page as you can negatively impact your Chronicall/ACR installation and functionality should you perform the wrong action
- Under the BlueDB Query section
- Set Collection to 'calls'
- Start and End to the time frame of the call
- Enter the Call number in the Search Terms field
- Hit the "Show (max 10)" button
- You can use ctrl + f to search for the term: oldId
- NOTE: There may be multiple results for oldId and you will need to note the oldId for the Talking event you need
