How To Find All Instances In Cradle To Grave For An External Number

How do I show all instances in Cradle to Grave for an external number, so I can see all instances that they called us, or we called them? 

Answer

You need to use the Call Includes External Party filter, and change the drop down box to contains.

HTML Steps

1. Navigate to Cradle to Grave by selecting Reports > Cradle to Grave
   
   
   
   
2. Select the Date Range you would like to search Cradle to Grave with
   
   
   
   
3. Click the + sign to add a Criteria, and then select the Call Includes External Party, and then click Apply
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Pencil icon to add an external number to search for
   
   
   
   
5. Select Include Any, and then Contains from the drop down box, and then the phone number you would like to search for, and then select Apply
   
   
   
   
6. This should show every instance of this phone number in Cradle to Grave
   • NOTE:  If you are showing Webchats, you may need to add an additional parameter to just search for Calls under Channels

1. Navigate to Cradle to Grave by selecting Reports > Cradle to Grave.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the desired date range you would like to search.  Here I have selected May 2nd to May 9th
   
   
   
   
3. Find the "Call Includes External Party" filter.  Select the (...) next to it
   
   
   
   
4. Select "Include Any", and change the drop down box to "Contains".  Put in the number as shown without spaces or special characters, and then select "OK"
   
   
   
   
5. Select Execute to run the search.  It will display any and all instances of that number for the selected timeframe.
