How Do I Change the IP Address that Chronicall/ACR is using for IP Office?

 

Answer

You can change the IP address for IP Office in the system settings within Chronicall/ACR.

 

Steps

  1. Open up Chronicall/ACR
  2. Navigate to Admin System > System Settings > Server Edition
  3. Click the 3 dots to the right of "IP Office Connections"
  4. This will open up a menu displaying all of your IP Office sites that are connected to Chronicall/ACR

  5. Select the site needing the IP address change and edit the address in the field provided 



  6. Once the IP address has been changed, make sure to save the setting changes
