I would like to compare, for troubleshooting purposes, the data that is being sent from Cisco UCM to Chronicall. Where can I go to find that data?
Steps
- Navigate to your CUCM (Cisco Unified Communication Manager) Publisher Server via browser & launch the CUCM web client
- Log in with your Chronicall Application User and change the "Navigation" field to the "Cisco Unified Serviceability" option
- Click the Tools drop-down menu and select CDR Analysis & Reporting
- NOTE: If you do not have a CAR tool section, the CDR services have not been enabled
- Please reach out to Cisco tech for assistance in getting this operational and configured

- Once you are ready, click "Export to File"
- NOTE: If the file size is under 4 KB, the system does not have any CDR records and will only contain column headers
- If this is the case, please reach out to Cisco Tech in order to get your CDR services to store CDR records into the CDR database
