Even though agent(s) are licensed within Chronicall they are not showing up on the customer's wallboards.
Answer
The agent may just need to be added onto the wallboard in order to track them.
Steps
- Open Realtime Statistics to the Wallboard that is not showing the agent(s), in this example Brian Carroll.
- Right-click on the widget and select Properties.
- In the Properties menu, scroll all the way to the bottom and look for the Users or Roles that you would like to add.
- Select the User and then click the Apply button.
- Double-check that the new user appears on the widget.
- Don't forget to save!
