Can you have two recording solutions for Avaya IP Office, such as Chronicall's Recording Library and Avaya Contact Store?
Disable Clean Monitored Directory
If you do have two recording solutions, it is important to tell Chronicall not to delete the original recordings so the other solution can pull recordings as well.
- These will both conflict with each other, as both solutions are trying to pull the recordings from the VRL directory on the VMPRO server.
- Navigate to Admin(System) > System Settings > Recording Libraries > (...).
- It is recommended you set Clean Monitored Directory to False as shown below.
