It is essential to let Chronicall know you have Voicemail Groups for proper Avaya CM reporting. Follow the steps below and enable all your voicemail hunt groups.
Steps
- Log into Chronicall, and select Admin(System)
- Select System Settings.
- Select Communication Manager as shown in step 4 and expand it.
- You should see the "Voicemail Groups" option at the bottom. Click on the (...) to expand it.
- Here you will see a list of all hunt groups. Check all related ones that are strictly voicemail hunt groups.
- Select OK, then Save.
