These folders are located inside the Chronicall Directory, in the Recording Library Folder. The file paths are below.

- var/lib/Xima\ Software/Chronicall/recording library
Also note, if your phone solution is Avaya CM (Communication Manager) then your recording solution will be VRTX if you have one in place with Chronicall.

Live folder - The live folder contains the audio streams and the tmpvrtx file with the metadata, while the call is in progress. The file is then converted to a .spx file inside the Limbo folder. When the call ends, the tmpvrtx file transfers to the limbo folder as a .vrtx file to process while the audio streams are showing in the live folder.
Limbo Folder - The Limbo folder is where VRTX processes recordings for compression and storage. If you are using another PBX's recording solution (VMPRO, Avaya CM, Shoretel, Cisco), Chronicall will pull the recording from their directory, and compress it inside the Limbo folder for storage.
Purgatory Folder - This is where duplicate or corrupt recordings are placed. If you believe these were placed here in error, you can grab any .wav files and moved them back to the Limbo folder. Then restart the Recording Library service.
