Issue Description
Data Grid not connected:
Error: Internal executor rejected task: java.utl.concurrent.FutureTask@12a3ab4, because client is shutting down...
Cause
Ran a report too large for the datagrid to handle, or experienced power outage (abrupt loss of power) which caused the datagrid to crash.
Resolution
Steps
- Open Windows Services.
- Right click on the Chronicall Database, and select Restart Service.
- If the issue occurs regularly, you can increase the memory allocation coded for Chronicall or try running the report for a smaller timeframe.
