How do I make a copy of a report?

I'm trying to copy a report so that I can edit it or run it for certain agents, how do I do this?

 

Answer

1.  Go into Chronicall > Reports > Run Reports.

2.  Right click on the report you desire to copy and click "Duplicate Report."

3.  Now your report should show up as "Copy of..." and then name of the report you copied.  You can right click it, and Rename the report or edit it as you wish, without fear of changing the original report.
