Newer versions of Chronicall have optimized reporting, which in some cases may invalidate older legacy reports.  If you look at the two standard reports below, the top one has a yellow tint, indicating that it is using an older build for the report.  The blue icon indicates an optimized report. 

Please keep in mind that newer builds of Chronicall may have modified some of the values older reports used.  In these instances, you cannot upgrade reports using outdated values and will need to rebuild the report without the outdated value.

1. Select Reports > Run Report.

2. Find the outdated report, and right click on it.  Select Upgrade Report.

3. You should see that the Upgrade was Successful via the message below.  If you hit an error it will not be compatible with the current version of Chronicall based on legacy values.
