How do a view one of my employee's chat history through Chronicall chat?

Answer

The chat logs will show in Cradle to Grave, just as call logs do.  

Steps

1. First select Reports, then Cradle to Grave.

2. Select the date range you would like to view chat logs for.  Then under General Criteria, on the Calls / Chats line, select the (...), then select chats as shown.

3. You can now view the chat logs as shown below.
