How To Verify The IP Office Version In Avaya Manager

Summary

This article covers the steps to verify the IP Office version a customer is using. 

  • It is important to note that the IP Office version is often different than the IP Manager version you see at the top of Manager as referenced below

Steps

  1. Have the customer log you into Avaya Manager by double clicking the icon below, inputting your credentials, and then clicking OK

  2. Navigate to the IPO node in question, and then to Control Unit

  3. Select the unit from the list, and then node the Version Number for that branch.

  4. Repeat for every other IPO Node the site has, to determine which version each branch of their IP Office is on
