This article covers the steps to verify the IP Office version a customer is using.
- It is important to note that the IP Office version is often different than the IP Manager version you see at the top of Manager as referenced below
Steps
- Have the customer log you into Avaya Manager by double clicking the icon below, inputting your credentials, and then clicking OK
- Navigate to the IPO node in question, and then to Control Unit
- Select the unit from the list, and then node the Version Number for that branch.
- Repeat for every other IPO Node the site has, to determine which version each branch of their IP Office is on
