Restarting CDR in Avaya Communications Manager

Once you set up CDR on the Avaya Communications Manager, it is very important that you restart the services. Below is how you do so.


“status cdr-link”

“busyout cdr-link primary”

“release cdr-link primary”

If you set up CDR correctly within Chronicall, this restart should do the trick for you to begin logging CDR data.
