Cradle to Grave will show a set of default columns when first launched, including Duration, Calling Party, Receiving Party, etc. However there are additional fields that will provide more information such as DNIS, Trunk, Account Codes, or Tags. You can reveal (or hide) these by right clicking the column headers and selecting (or deselecting) the field of interest. Once you've added (or removed) the fields you want, you can save that as a layout by hovering over "Layout" and selecting "Save Layout...". Then, the next time you open Cradle to Grave, you can load that Layout by selecting it under "Restore Layout...".
