'??' is listed as the Calling Party. (IPO)

This can happen for one of two reasons. On inbound calls, this can happen when Chronicall receives calling party information where the phone number is missing. Chronicall simply fills in the blank with '??'. Usually, this is caused by the service provider withholding the caller's phone number.

On internal calls, this can happen when the audio messages and music played to your queued callers is synchronized across all callers, instead of being played to callers based on when that caller entered the queue. The IP Office creates extra Queue events in order to be able to synchronize the hold audio. Each actual call record will still be logged correctly, so you can safely disregard these extra ?? Queue events. To stop creating them, you will need to disable the Synchronize Calls option for that hunt group within IP Office Manager. This option can be accessed from the Announcement tab within a hunt group's settings page.
