The license you will want to look for is called "CTI Link Pro". The screenshot below has an example. However, there are also some hosted solutions that are referred to as the "Powered By" edition of IP Office. If the end-user does not have a CTI Link Pro license in their licenses section then you should inquire if they are using a hosted solution that is the "Powered By" edition.
