Chronicall provides various settings that can be used for different circumstances. These settings are detailed below.
NOTE: Many settings do not need to be adjusted and changing settings incorrectly may cause software malfunction.
- Licensed Users
- Select which users you would like Chronicall to monitor. Chronicall will track call data for the selected users and will not track data for users who are not selected. Checking all users will put Chronicall in Auto Assigned mode, which will automatically apply a license to new users when Chronicall detects them.

- CUCM Server IP Address
- Enter the Cisco UCM IP Address here
- CTI/AXL Application User
- Enter the

- Auto-Config All Phones
- At install, Chronicall runs a script to modify each user within Cisco UCM and allow us to monitor their TAPI events. However, any newly added user will not have those changes by default. Setting Auto-Config All Phones to true will prompt Chronicall to make those changes automatically each time
- Enable Unity Monitoring
- Set to true if you have Cisco Unity and wish to monitor it
- Cisco Unity IP Address
- Enter the IP Address of your Cisco Unity server
- Enable Call Recording
- Set to true to allow Chronicall to do Call Recording
- Recording Configuration
- Click the ellipsis to pop open the Cisco Central Recording (with BIB) Configuration page. You'll see the following options:
- UCM Administration - Agent Recording Configuration
- Here you can select the users you wish to be able to record
- UCM Administration - Recorder Configuration
- Chronicall Recorder Extension:
- Chronicall Recorder Listen Port:

- Click the ellipsis to pop open the Cisco Central Recording (with BIB) Configuration page. You'll see the following options:
- Recording Library System ID
- The Recording Library System ID should match the Recording Library ID that was created in the Recording Libraries settings
- Typically set to "1"
- The Recording Library System ID should match the Recording Library ID that was created in the Recording Libraries settings
- Force Recording Codec
- Will force recordings to be created with the specified Codec
- Typically set to "Allow any codec"
- Will force recordings to be created with the specified Codec
- Unity Whitelist Extensions
- Can be used to limit monitoring on extensions from Unity
- CSV Whitelist
- If the Unity Whitelist Extensions setting is set to use a whitelist, then specify which extensions should be white-listed here
- Separate extensions with a comma
- If the Unity Whitelist Extensions setting is set to use a whitelist, then specify which extensions should be white-listed here
- Manual Extension Configuration
- Can be used to specify an extension and specify how to monitor that extension
- E.g. The extension used for recording will be set in here to "Omit Extension" to prevent Chronicall from logging calls made by that extension
- Typically only the recording extension is set in here

- Can be used to specify an extension and specify how to monitor that extension
- CDR Polling Interval (seconds)
- Designates how often Chronicall will request the latest CDR feed. These records will then be processed into Chronicall. Once processed, Chronicall will again wait the specified time before requesting the latest CDR feed
- This is typically left at 30 seconds

- CUCM System Version
- Select the Cisco UCM system version that is in use. This will ensure that Chronicall communicates with the Cisco solution appropriately. This can be seen at the login
- Agents Always Logged-in
- Will show all Realtime users as logged in all the time
- Typically set to false and only used for troubleshooting
- Will show all Realtime users as logged in all the time
- Use Alerting Name for Agents
- Can be set to true to use the Alerting name for the users
- Typically set to false
