I have Agents that never log out of their phones at night so that they can have calls forwarded when they have after-hours important calls.
- Go to the Admin(System) menu inside of Chronicall.
- You must be logged into Chronicall as an Administrator.
- Click on System Settings
- Click on Advanced Settings
- Find "Always Stay Logged In" and click the ellipses (...) to open the Select Users menu
- Select the agents you want to always be logged in.
- After the selection is complete remember to save!
- Now the agent should always show as logged in.
