Why do my agents show Idle overnight after they logged out of Agent Dashboard as they did before?
Chances are you were previously on an earlier build of Chronicall, which I have verified had a bug that would show agents logged out even if they didn't log out of their physical phone. We corrected that in 3.10, so that Avaya IPO will show them as idle if the Avaya IPO system is still able to route calls to their physical phone. You will want to advise your agents to log out of both Agent Dashboard and their physical phone at the end of the day now. This way they will not show idle for either system.
