The Chronicall Server was experiencing slow performance. CPU usage was spiking to 100% with the following message in the logs:

The DevLink User created in IP Office was corrupted.
Delete and recreate DevLink User
- Delete the current DevLink user in Avaya IP Office Manager.
- Recreate the user utilizing the IP Office 10 - CTI License article under the 'Setup within IP Office' heading.
- If on Avaya IP Office 10 and above, you need to resynchronize the user with the Server Edition to do this properly.
