How do I hide the Listen events that show in Realtime when someone is listening to an agent's call?
In Chronicall 3.8 we introduced a setting that prevents agents from seeing that their call is actively being listened to:
- Login to Chronicall as an Administrator and navigate to Admin (System) > System Settings > Agent Realtime Seat.
- Set 'Hide Listen Events' to True
- Finish by hitting 'Save' at the bottom of the Chronicall Settings tab. Listen events will now be hidden.
