Multimedia services (skills based routing, queue callbacks, web chat, etc) require a second dedicated server separate from the Chronicall server and must meet the specs below for adequate performance.

*Chronicall can't be installed on the same PC / Server as IP Office Server Edition or the Application Server
*Chronicall Server and Multimedia Server can't co-reside on the same hardware. Both can be virtualized.
* For VRTX hardware Xima recommends connecting it to a physical server
*Chronicall Multimedia is not supported in a Citrix environment
