Multimedia services (skills based routing, queue callbacks, web chat, etc) require a second dedicated server separate from the Chronicall server and must meet the specs below for adequate performance.

*Chronicall cannot be installed on the same PC / Server as IP Office Server Edition or the Application Server
*Both can be virtualized but it is highly recommend they do not use the same hard drive resource
* For VRTX hardware Xima recommends connecting it to a physical server
**Chronicall Multimedia is not supported in a Citrix or terminal environment
