Reporting on Scorecard Campaigns

Once you've created and scored calls within a campaign it will be time to review the resulting data. This can be done both within Cradle to Grave and with our Reports.

Cradle to Grave

There is a new column within Cradle to Grave called "Scoring Status". The Scoring Status will either be "None", "Some", or "All". When you click on the status, a window will popup showing the campaign scorecard (if the call meets the criteria for multiple campaigns, you will be prompted to select which campaign scorecard you wish to see). If it has already been answered, the answers will be displayed and may be changed. If it has not been answered, the questions will show without answers and you can score it right then and there. 

Reports

When looking for a report, there are a few different ones to choose from. See the list below:

  • Campaign Summary: Provides summary level detail for the specified campaign.
  • Calls by Campaign - {Campaign}: Provides call level information for the specified campaign.
  • Agent Scorecard Summary - {Campaign}: Provides summary level information by Agent for the specified campaign.
  • Group Scorecard Summary - {Campaign}: Provides summary level information by Group for the specified campaign.
  • Scores by Group - {Campaign}: Provides call level information for the specified campaign that is sub-grouped by Group.
  • Scores by Agent -  {Campaign}: Provides call level information for the specified campaign that is sub-grouped by Agent.
