Agent Voicemail Summary

This report lists each of the selected agents in its own row, with columns that show the number of times the agent checked their voicemails, the total and average duration of these checks, the number of times a caller left a voicemail for the agent, and the total and average time it took for callers to do so. The report summaries at the top of the page show total and average statistics across all of the listed agents.
