Trunk Report Fields

Call Count
Shows the total number of calls that passed through the given trunk, regardless of call direction.

Channel Count
Shows the number of the given trunk's channels that were used during the report time frame.

Inbound Call Count
Shows the total number of inbound calls that passed through the given trunk.

Inbound Trunk Duration
Shows the total amount of time that the given trunk or channel was used by inbound calls during the report time frame.

Max Simultaneous Calls
Shows the maximum number of calls that were using the given trunk simultaneously during the report time frame.

Max Trunk Saturation
Shows the maximum percentage of channels in the given trunk that were used simultaneously during the report time frame.

Please note:
This column shows a percentage equal to Max Simultaneous Calls divided by the number of channels in the trunk.

Outbound Call Count
Shows the total number of outbound calls that passed through the given trunk.

Outbound Trunk Duration
Shows the total amount of time that the given trunk or channel was used by outbound calls during the report time frame.

Percent Utilization
If Show Channels is selected, this column shows the percentage of time the given channel was used in comparison to the other channels in the trunk. The total value of this column for all channels in the trunk will add up to 100%.

If Hide Channels is selected, this column shows the percentage of time the given trunk was used in comparison to other trunks. The total value of this column for all trunks will add up to 100%.

Trunk Duration
Shows the total amount of time that the given trunk or channel was used during the report time frame.
