Lost Call Summary

This report lists information about your lost or abandoned calls during certain time intervals. By default, this report uses hours of the day, but it can be set to use days of the week, days of the month, or many other options. One particularly useful feature of this report is that it breaks down the number of calls that were lost within certain time thresholds, from as low as 10 seconds to over 60 seconds.
