This report lists each selected hunt group as its own section, with the days of the week listed below. The report columns show general queue statistics for that hunt group on that day of the week. By default, selecting a time frame that includes multiple weeks will combine the same day each week on one row; for example, a report that includes three Mondays will have one Monday row, which includes statistics from all three Mondays. However, you can select other interval options from the Time Interval drop-down menu.
