Group Abandoned Calls

The Group Abandoned Calls is a list of calls that were abandoned by the Hunt Group selected. An Abandoned Call as defined by Xima is any call that did not end in a Talking, Voicemail or Transfer event. 

Group Abandoned Calls are calls that fit that same description but that were Abandoned while the call was in that specific Group. 


Below is an example of a call that qualifies as a Group Abandoned Call.  This call ended in a 'Park' event (note that the 'Drop' event is not an event, it simply means the Call was Terminated).  Since this final event happened while the event was in the 'TECH SUPPORT' Hunt Group, this call would go against 'TECH SUPPORT' in the Group Abandoned Calls report.
