Agent Inbound Calls

Displays one line for each inbound phone call the selected agents participated on grouped by the selected agents.

Includes:

Call: Call ID that corresponds to the call within cradle to grave and the database.

Caller ID: The text associated with the caller's Caller ID.

Calling Number: The phone number that the caller is calling from.

Dialed Number:  The digits the caller dialed as sent by your telephone service provider.

Ringing Duration: The time that the call spent ringing the selected agent.

Talking Duration: The time spent talking the selected agent.

Call Duration: The total duration from start to finish for the call.

Answered: True or False did the selected agent answer this phone call.

Start Time: The start time for the phone call.
