Ensure Ex-Directory is not enabled on any users that need to be shown for IP Office.
After making changes to the agents or hunt groups in your phone system, you will need to Refresh Users and Groups in Chronicall.
1. Go to User Management -> Refresh Users and Groups. After refreshing you will be prompted to restart your web browser.
If you have a User Based license, you may need to add a license to the newly added agent in System Settings.
2. Go to User Management -> Licensed Users and verify the user in question is licensed.
If you are using IP Office for your PBX system, please verify that TFTP Directory Read is enabled in Avaya Manager.
3. Go to File -> Advanced Settings -> Security Settings -> System -> Unsecured Interfaces. If you are not a MultiMedia customer, restart the Chronicall Service to resync the users.
