Recently added agents or groups don't appear?

After making changes to the agents or hunt groups in your phone system, you will need to Refresh Users and Groups in Chronicall. This option can be found under the Administration section on the Chronicall Homepage. After refreshing, you will be prompted to restart your web browser.
 
 
If you have a User Based license, you may need to add a license to the newly added agent in System Settings.
