How Do I Access Chronicall?
-Via Web Browser:
Chronicall is installed on a local server or PC. It can be accessed by any computer on that network that has Java 7 or later installed. Begin by opening up a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. In the address bar, type in the hostname or IP address of the server that Chronicall was installed on followed by the port number. If you don't know the IP address and port you will want to contact your local IT department or Avaya Reseller.

-Via Browserless Client:
Chronicall can be accessed outside of a browser by adding the "browserless Chronicall" shortcut to your computer. To do this, click on the "Download Chronicall Desktop" link at the bottom left corner of the Chronicall Login page. This will redirect you to a page that will let you download the Chronicall Desktop installer. Run the installer once it has been downloaded.
You will be prompted to choose which shortcuts to create. Ensure the middle one is checked and proceed by clicking next. Once the short cut has been created, you will notice a new icon on your computer with the Xima logo and titled "Chronicall". Double click that to launch Chronicall.

What Is The Default User Login Name And Password?
The username is Administrator and the password is password. These can be changed after you log in in User Access.

What Is The Difference Between A Hunt Group And A Queue?
A hunt group is a group of agents. When an agent logs in to a hunt group, that agents will be able to receive calls for that group. Some examples of common hunt groups include sales, support, or reception.
If a caller attempts to place a call to a hunt group, but all of the group's agents are busy, that call will enter the hunt group's queue, where it waits until an agent in the hunt group is available. At that point, it will begin to ring for that agent.

How do I fix the System Status: Not Logging?
