Tracking Features in Realtime

In order to track features in real time it is recommended that buttons be configured for the feature on the agent phone.
This includes features such as:
Do Not Disturb
Hunt Group Login
Follow Me To
Chronicall listens to these features when triggered by the agent's phone.
For example, if an agent is removed from a hunt group in the queue by some other means besides the agent pressing the button on their phone Chronicall will not get that event from the IP Office.
