How do I monitor an Agent in Realtime with Avaya CM?

In order to monitor the Realtime activity of an Agent in Avaya CM, you must:

  1. Assign the Agent and the station that the Agent uses a User License
  2. Assign a TSAPI license to the station the Agent uses
  3. Assign a TSAPI license to each of the Agent's skills
  4. Assign a Realtime Agent Seat to the Agent
  5. Save the settings!
