The web client is frozen

If the Chronicall web client freezes or seems stuck while loading the login screen, your security settings may be preventing it from opening. Temporarily disable any anti-virus software and attempt to load Chronicall again. Also check Java's security settings by opening Java from the Control Panel. Under the Security tab, make sure Enable Java content in the browser is checked. For other problems launching the web client, see I can't launch the web client.

If Chronicall freezes at any other time, close the web browser and try again. If the problem persists, you can check the Java console or the Chronicall error logs. Contact Xima support for additional information.
