Voicemail Pro and the IP Office use voicemail ports when they create recordings, as well as any time a call is in an Auto Attendant, Voicemail, or Queue state. However, after those recordings are created, Chronicall's Recording Library module does not use voicemail ports to process them. In this sense, voicemail ports (as well as Voicemail Pro) are required, but Recording Library does not directly use them.
