Best Practices for Reason Codes

Busy Reason Codes
To have Xima Chronicall's Agent Dashboard pop and provide an agent with a menu of reasons why they entered the 'busy state', it is recommended that you program your Avaya IP Office one of two ways. 

First, you may chose to enable, at the user button programming level, the Send All Calls feature.  In order to do so, please follow the example provided in the image below.  User>Button Programming>select an available button and choose Send All Calls.  You may label the button accordingly.

 
Second, you may choose to enable, at the user button programming level, the Do Not Disturb On feature.  In order to do so, please follow the example provided in the image below:  User>Button Programming>select an available button and choose Do Not Disturb On.  You may label the button accordingly.
 
 
 
Hunt Group Enable (Hunt Group Log In/Out)
To have Xima Chronicall's Agent Dashboard pop and provide an agent with a menu of reasons why they logged out of their Hunt Group(s), it is recommended that you program your Avaya IP Office in the following manner.
User>Button Programming>select an available button and then Advanced>Hunt Group>Hunt Group Enable.  You may label the feature what you may. 
 
 
 
Extension Log Out
To have Xima Chronicall's Agent Dashboard pop and provide an agent with a menu of reasons why an agent logged out of their extension (phone), it is recommended that you program your Avaya IP Office in one of two ways, please review the following:

First, you may chose to enable, at the user button programming level, the Extension Log Out feature.  In order to do so, please follow the example provided in the image below.  User>Button Programming>select an available button and choose Advanced>Extension>Extension Log Out.  You may label the button accordingly.
